Bible Tours uses a secure cloud hosted database to store your details for tour organisation and promotional purposes.  The data you give will not be shared with or used by any other party outside of Bible Tours, other than your email address which may be used to inform you of other Bible tour opportunities that we think you may be interested in.

Bible Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour if needed due to events or circumstances arising beyond our control.  (Such as unavailability of a guide).  In this instance you would be fully refunded.

In the event of visitor(s) being late for a tour, Bible Tours will endeavour in the first instance to act on any advance notice given by the visitor, attempting if possible to adjust the start time. In most cases this is not possible, and Bible Tours do not promise to extend the planned available time for the tour.  The guide cannot wait for late visitors, as this will impact on other obligations.

If you choose to cancel your tour up to 72 hours before your tour begins, you are entitled to a full refund, or to reschedule your booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour less than 72 hours before it begins, or you are late or do not show up for the tour, Bible Tours will endeavour to reschedule the tour, or issue a partial refund.  Please note it may not be possible to issue a refund due to the fact that Bible Tours may have already paid for other services and expenses in relation to your tour.
